1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected international markets. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed the same business day after payment is successfully received and verified.
Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unexpected operational disruption, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
For our main international markets, estimated delivery time is approximately 12 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, local logistics networks, weather conditions, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If free shipping is offered, the conditions will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.
5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Local Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Poke Slippers is not responsible for customs delays or for charges imposed by the destination country.
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
7. Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, courier delays, peak periods, severe weather, transport disruption, or other force majeure events.
If we become aware of a material shipping delay, we may contact you with an updated delivery estimate.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may require payment of the reshipping cost or issue a refund minus any non-recoverable shipping, return, handling, or customs costs, where permitted by law.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
9. Lost, Stolen or Delivered Parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will reasonably assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
If tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Poke Slippers is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Failed Delivery or Refused Shipments
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, Poke Slippers may deduct any non-recoverable shipping fees, return charges, customs fees, or handling costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
12. Split Shipments
Where necessary, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the law of your country of residence.
